Angie Harmon was an American actor, model, and vocalist who was a part of numerous shows and films during the past several decades. Her first venture was as a popular model, before advancing into acting. She started her acting career in 1995 on a TV show called Baywatch Nights. In addition to voice work Harmon also voiced an animated version of the film 'Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker. Harmon quit TV shows and turned her attention to films in the early 2000s. In the mid 2000s she returned to TV series following a brief time in movies. She was one of the few actresses who chose to appear naked in the magazine 'Allure,' in the year 2008. Her main work is as the detective Jane Rizzoli on TNT series 'Rizzoli & Isles'. The show was praised for her detective role and was awarded accolades. Angie Harmon was nominated over the past few years for her outstanding performances, however she was not awarded any prizes.
