Angie Harmon was an American model and actress who was featured in a variety of films and television shows. She began modeling, however when she received international recognition, she decided to try acting. Her acting debut came through the television show"Baywatch Nights. Harmon also performs voice acting and was the voice of the animated film "Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker". The beginning of 2000 was when Harmon decided to focus only on film and stopped working in TV series. After a brief hiatus, she returned to TV having appeared in several films. She has been one of the few actresses who have posed discreetly nude for 'Allure' magazine in the year 2008. Her most notable work was in the role of Detective Jane Rizzoli on TNT series 'Rizzoli & Isles'. As Detective Jane Rizzoli she has been well-received, and has received numerous accolades.
